Gantolief (itopride hydrochloride) ، عامل prokinetic ، مفيد لعلاج الأعراض المعدية المعوية الناجمة عن انخفاض الحركية المعدية المعوية مثل: الثور ؛ الشعور بالامتلاء المعدة.السلب ؛ ألم في البطن العلوي ، وفقدان الشهية ، وحرقة ، والغثيان والقيء.القرحة ؛ غير قرحة عسر الهضم أو التهاب المعدة المزمن.
حول itopridedopamine (d2) خصم ، مشتق benzamide prokinetic ، منبه الحركة. ميكانيكية عمل itoprideitopride له ثلاثة عمل. فإنه يمنع مستقبلات الدوبامين d2 في نهاية العصب السمبتاوي. يزيد من الإفراج عن acetycholine ويقلل من عملية التمثيل الغذائي للأسيتيل كولين عن طريق تثبيط إنزيم أسيتيل كولينستريز (ache). من خلال الحفاظ على مستويات أسيتيل كولين أعلى ، يزيد itopride من التمعج المريئي والمعدي المعوي ، ويزيد من ضغط مصرة الأمعاء السفلي ، ويحفز حركة المعدة ، ويسرّع إفراغ المعدة ويحسن تنسيق المعدة والأثني عشر. itopride يمارس إجراءات مضادة للقيء بسبب عملها العدائي مستقبلات الدوبامين d2 في ctz. تفاعلات ل itopridecisapride ، الأتروبين. جرعة نموذجية ل itoprideadult- عن طريق الفم: 50 ملغ 3 مرات يوميا قبل كل وجبة

About itopridedopamine(d2) antagonist, a prokinetic benzamide derivative, motility stimulant.mechanism of action of itoprideitopride has three way action. it inhibits the dopamine d2 receptor at the parasympathetic nerve ends.it increases the release of acetycholine and decreases the metabolism of acetylcholine by inhibiting the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (ache). by maintaining higher acetylcholine levels, itopride increases the oesophageal and gastrointestinal peristalsis, increases the lower oesophageal sphincter pressure, stimulates gastric motility, accelerates gastric emptying and improves gastro-duodenal coordination. itopride exerts anti-emetic actions because of its dopamine d2 receptor antagonistic action at ctz. interactions for itopridecisapride, atropine. typical dosage for itoprideadult-oral: 50 mg 3 times daily taken before each meal
