مؤشرات العلاجية
عين:
النزلات الربيعية وغيرها من مظاهر الحساسية في العين.
أنف:
نزلات البرد ، علاج أعراض التهاب الأنف ، التهاب الجيوب الأنفية والتهاب الأنف التحسسي.
الجرعة و الإدارة
عين:
1-2 قطرات كل 3-6 ساعات.
أنف:
2 قطرات 4 مرات يوميا في كل فتحة.
موانع
مياه بيضاء ضيقة الزاوية.
تأثيرات غير مرغوبة
غير شائع وقد يحدث لسع عابر معتدل مع الاستخدام المتكرر.
الخصائص الدوائية
NOSTAMINE يحتوي على حمض الهيدروكلوريك navhazoline الذي له تأثير مضيق للأوعية سريعة قوية و mallore chlorpheniramine الذي له تأثير مضاد للهستامين ملحوظ.
تنتج NOSTAMINE احتقان سريع وطويل الأمد من الغشاء المخاطي الأنفي والملتحمة.

Composition
Each 1 ml contains:
Naphazoline HCI .............................. 0.5 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate ............ 0.5 mg
Isotonic to ......................................... 1.0 ml
Therapeutic Indications
Eye:
Spring catarrh and other allergic manifestations of the eye.
Nose:
Common cold, symptomatic treatment of rhinitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis.
Dosage and Administration
Eye:
1-2 drops every 3-6 hours.
Nose:
2 drops 4 times daily in each nostril.
Contraindications
Narrow angle glaucoma.
Undesirable Effects
Uncommon and may occur mild transient stinging with frequent application.
Pharmacological Properties
NOSTAMINE contains naphazoline HCl which has a potent quick vasoconstrictor effect and chlorpheniramine maleate which has a marked antihistaminic effect.
NOSTAMINE produce a rapid and prolonged decongestion of the nosal mucosa and conjunctiva.
