This cream contains a combination of two local anaesthetics lidocaine & prilocaine. penetration & systemic absorption of this mixture is superior than each separate ingredient,shows more pain control than lidocaine alone. how do you use this cream?anaesthesia before minor skin procedures:apply thick layer under occlusive dressing 1-5 hours before procedure (2-5 hours before procedures on large areas e.g. split skin grafting).removal of warts from genital mucosa in adults, apply up to 10 g 5-10 minutes before removal.for premature ejaculation:a small amount of pridocaine cream to be applied on the tip of the penis 15 minutes before sexual intercourse.
